UUP (Unified Update Platform) Generation Project (v2.4.2_RC) (thanks cereberus for that link). You can also get skip ahead (skippy) builds as well even if you aren't in the program - I do it that way too as the skip ahead program is currently closed to new accounts. Once that's done you should be good to go and it should install pretty easily.I agree it should work straight OOB but rather than windows update I've found by far the most successful way of installing these builds is to get them via the UUP->ISO download methods and then manually install from the generated iso.
Create a new account when prompted, when it asks you to choose a network to connect to, tell it to skip the step. Once that's done it will start the Windows 10 install over again. Do that and then save and quit out of the BIOS. In this section, you're able to tell it to boot from the USB. In the BIOS there should be an area that talks about boot options or boot order. Once you're done with that, reboot the computer that you're reinstalling Windows on and press F2 until the BIOS comes up. Choose the other PC and put in the info that it asks for. From a different computer download the media creator tool onto a USB, run it, it will ask if you are upgrading the PC or reinstalling on another PC. This process deletes everything on the USB but it never tells you that it does. Back up anything you had on the USB into a separate folder. Google Windows 10 ISO USB and go to Microsofts website that comes up in the search. For anyone with the same problem in the future, Microsoft has a version of Windows 10 on their website that you can put onto a flash drive.
